We will performing scheduled maintenance on our core US infrastructure this Saturday at 8pm ET.

During this maintenance period we will be expecting approximately 30-45 minutes of downtime across most components of the Meya platform including bot operation and development environment. This operation is a rare occurrence in which we need to intentionally take Meya offline to make changes to core components in order to better serve our customers moving forward.

We've scheduled this maintenance operation during the period in which the least number of customers and end users will be affected.

Once completed, all systems will come back online and bot operation and development environment will work as normal.
